  • Providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation, personal routines, household tasks)
  • Encouraging independence and life skills development
  • Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, or take part in activities
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with service users
  • Promoting wellbeing, dignity, and respect at all times
  • Maintaining accurate care and support records

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (advantageous)
