We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

🌟 What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Supporting with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
  • Helping with meal preparation and light household duties
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments or access the community
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reports
  • Travelling between clients’ homes across Bristol

🚗 Travel Requirement

This is a community-based role, so:

  • You must be a driver with access to your own car
  • You should be comfortable travelling between visits
  • Mileage allowance (if applicable) may be provided

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidates
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not required)
